AKG Property Group is a family owned business and was formed in 2000.

Prior to the formation of AKG Property Group, the family had been involved in the same line of business for over 20 years, although through the establishment of the group, Property Management has now been added to our business.
Our core business relates to providing quality student accommodation at affordable prices within the Dundee area. We take pride in the level of service we provide to our tenants, ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards with safety being paramount. All our properties requiring Houses in Multiple Occupation licences, as per the regulations set out by Dundee City Council, have been obtained or are pending.
 
Our properties range from studio type flats through to 6 bedroomed accommodation. All are fully furnished, with many having security entry systems installed.

As a result of our aim to be the leading providers of student accommodation in Dundee, we have set out an expansion programme over the years to come. In order to facilitate this expansion, Zak Gani has now joined the family business on a full-time basis. Zak is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has been involved in the business on a part-time basis over the last 7 years.
